We want you to be confident in your Wrist Widget. If it's not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window
You may return most items purchased from kimzy.org within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for a different size or design.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
3. How to Start a Return
Email kimzy@kimzy.org with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or hand orientation? Let us know when you start your return, and we'll prioritize shipping the correct item once your return is received.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimzy@kimzy.org with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
