1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Orders over $50: Free standard shipping within the United States
- Orders under $50: Flat-rate standard shipping of $6.95
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on destination
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other events outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact kimzy@kimzy.org.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. KIMZY LLC is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; additional shipping charges may apply to reship such orders.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at kimzy@kimzy.org within 7 days so we can investigate.
